This place is absolutely fire. I cannot emphasize this enough. I snagged a random Wednesday evening reservation for two people. I had to find someone who would try different thing with me in order to make this experience worth it -- and yes, it was worth it. Here's what we got: - Hokkaido Scallop Ceviche - Yum Khai Dao*** - Pork Jowl*** - Branzino I would get the yum khai dao and the pork jowl again in a heartbeat. Extremely flavorful dishes that made such a difference in our meal. If you're looking for crazy flavor notes, the yum khai dao is the way to go. I can't say I've eaten anything like it. I was pretty surprised at how filling it was. Looking at the portion sizes, I was afraid we wouldn't have enough food, but I left feeling stuffed. Many of the cocktails sounded interesting, but I wasn't in the mood to drink that day. I would come back with other people who haven't tried Bangkok Supper Club yet!

We came on a Thursday evening without reservations and were seated in about half an hour. The menu is supposedly Thai street food, but the prices are definitely not street food prices. Here are some of the items we liked: * Uni and Crab Tartlet * Yum Khai Dao (fried duck egg salad) * Pork Jowl My husband liked the Lin Yang (beef tongue). The flavors were good, but I am not a beef tongue person, so did not like the texture purely due to personal preference. Our waiter recommended the Chilean Sea Bass Chakram Curry, and I thought it was so-so. Not only was the fish filet tiny, the curry was just like any other red curry I have had. It was definitely not worth $43 (1 star off). Most dishes were flavorful, but pretty salty. For dessert, we had a pandan cake which was new to me. It was a tad salty but surprisingly good that way. It was a nice dessert to round out the meal.

Really enjoyed dinner at this spot from the Fish Cheeks team. I set a Resy notify and snagged a weekday reservation for three people. We tried: + Guava nam jim cocktail + Truffled pandan cocktail + Coconut aperol spritz + Yum khai dao + Hokkaido scallop ceviche + Beef cheeks massaman + Pork jowl + Bangkok gai yang + Bok choy + Sweet potato ice cream with sticky rice cake + Coconut pandan cake My favorite things were actually the guava nam jim cocktail and the pandan dessert (the dessert that comes in a whole coconut - super impressive and delicious). Truffled pandan cocktail and pork jowl were excellent, too. Would also recommend the yum khai dao, ceviche and bok choy. Service was great! 4.5 stars.

The food here is just as outstanding as Fish Cheeks, its sister restaurant. The pork jowls over garlic rice, uni and caviar appetizer, red curry Chilean bass, and green beans all stood out as stars. The service was great, nothing to complain about. The vibe is very "cool" and fitting of the west village - loads of younger trendy folks. We did not have a reservation and got a bar seat for two at the counter when it opened around 5pm. Considering I have been hunting for a reservation for this spot for months, I'll take that as a win.
